In January 2025 the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held 5 meetings, no. 61-65. During these meetings the Committee:
- pursuant to Article 7(4) of the Cooperation Act, considered:
- proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2014/32/EU as regards electric vehicle supply equipment, compressed gas dispensers, and electricity, gas and thermal energy meters (COM(2024) 561) together with the draft positions of the Republic of Poland [mtg no.62],

- pursuant to Article 151(1) of the Standing Orders of the Sejm and Article 3(2) of the Cooperation Act, considered:
- report from the Commission on the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (COM(2024) 474) together with the Government position [mtg no. 62],
- 2024 communication from the Commission on EU enlargement policy (COM(2024) 690) together with the Government position [mtg no. 62],
- communication from the Commission: 2025 European Semester: bringing the new economic governance framework to life (COM(2024) 705) together with the Government position [mtg no. 63],
- information on the Foreign Affairs Council meeting planned for 27 January 2025 [mtg no. 63],
- information on the European Council meetings: held on 19-20 December 2024 and planned for 3 February 2025 [mtg no. 65],
- pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Cooperation Act, considered information on the position the Council of Ministers intends to take during consideration of draft EU legal acts at the meetings of:

- according to the proposal of the Committee Bureau, didn't raise any comment to the following EU documents:

- pursuant to Article 21(2) of the Cooperation Act, considered the information from the Council of Ministers on the progress in the exercise of the Presidency [mtg no. 65].
