Environmental Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry Committee

• 04.12.2024, considered information on Directive (EU) 2024/2881 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe - objectives, implementation prospects in Poland and the planned timetable for implementation into Polish law [mtg no. 48].
• 19.12.2024, together with the Energy, Climate and State Assets Committee, discussed the Government's current position on national and European greenhouse gas emission reduction targets and climate policy, as well as just transition [mtg no. 52].

Agriculture and Rural Development Committee

According to information from IPEX database, as at 13 January 2025, in December 2024 the national parliaments didn't submit any reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised EU draft legislative acts with the subsidiarity principle.
