- pursuant to Art. 11(1) of the Cooperation Act, considered the information about the position the Council of Ministers intended to take with regard to draft EU legal acts during the following meetings:

- pursuant to Art. 3(2) of the Cooperation Act, considered the information for the Sejm and the Senate on the Republic of Poland's participation in the activities of the European Union during the Austrian Presidency of the EU Council: July – December 2018 (paper no 3145), presented by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Konrad Szymański (mtg no. 251),
- considered without debate the documents to which comments were not submitted:

- with the representative of the Austrian Presidency, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Poland, Mr Werner Almhofer – on the results of the Austrian Presidency of the EU Council,
- with the representative of the Romanian Presidency, Ambassador of the Republic of Romania in Poland, Mr Ovidiu Dranga – on the programme of the Romanian Presidency of the EU Council.
