• 10.04.2019, considered information presented by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ryszard Zarudzki, on participation in the work of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council in January and March 2019 [mtg no. 305];
• 24.04.2019, considered information presented by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Szymon Giżyński, on state of play on the draft "EU protein plan – Protein strategy" and on the report from the Commission to the EP and the Council on the development of plant proteins in the European Union (COM(2018) 757) [mtg no. 309].

According to the information from IPEX database as of 10 May 2019, in April 2019, 2 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny. The national parliaments submitted no reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.
