EUROPEAN DEBATES IN THE SEJM
4 April 2019 - the Sejm accepted the information on the Republic of Poland's participation in the activities of the European Union in July-December 2018 (Austrian Presidency of the Council of European Union) - resolution. Debate in plenary was held on 13 March 2019 (verbatim record/PL point 5).

In April 2019 the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held 4 meetings: no. 259-262. During these meetings the Committee:

Agriculture and Rural Development Committee
  • 10.04.2019, considered information presented by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ryszard Zarudzki, on participation in the work of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council in January and March 2019 [mtg no. 305];

SUBSIDIARITY CHECK IN NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS

According to the information from IPEX database as of 10 May 2019, in April 2019, 2 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny. The national parliaments submitted no reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.
