EU DOCUMENTS IN THE SEJM
In November 2019, the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held first 2 meetings of the new term of office (14 and 21 November). During these meetings the Committee elected the Bureau of the Committee consisting of the Chair Stanisław Tyszka and 5 Vice-chairs: Anita Czerwińska, Jan Dziedziczak, Agnieszka Pomaska, Dominik Tarczyński, Cezary Tomczyk (SUE membership).
SUBSIDIARITY CHECK IN NATIONAL PARLIAMENTS

According to the information from IPEX database as of 5 December 2019, 6 draft legislative acts were subject to subsidiarity scrutiny in November 2019. The national parliaments submitted no reasoned opinion on the non-compliance of the scrutinised draft acts with the subsidiarity principle.
