6 February 2013 - the Sejm heard the information of the Prime Minister on the European Commission withholding 4 billion euro of the EU funds for road construction projects managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, as well as on the possibility of losing EU funds for the railway construction (verbatim record /PL, point 7).

19 February 2013 - the Sejm heard the Prime Minister’s information on the results of negotiations on Multiannual Financial Framework 2014 – 2020, and on reasons for ratifying the Treaty on stability, coordination and management in the Economic and Monetary Union (Fiscal Pact). The Deputies held a long joined debate on these matters with participation, among others, of Ministers of Finance, Agriculture, and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (verbatim record /PL, points 1 and 2).

20 February 2013 - the Sejm adopted the act granting consent for the ratification of the Fiscal Pact (legislative process/PL).

 In February 2013 the EU Affaires Committee (SUE) held 9 meetings: no. 120-128. During these meetings the Committee scrutinised 72 EU documents.
