- proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on improving and enforcing working conditions of trainees and combating regular employment relationships disguised as traineeships ('Traineeships Directive') (COM(2024) 132) together with the draft positions of the Republic of Poland [mtg no. 46],
- proposal for a Council decision on guidelines for the employment policies of the Member States (COM(2024) 599) together with the draft positions of the Republic of Poland [mtg no. 46],
- recommendation for a Council recommendation on the economic, social, employment, structural and budgetary policies of Poland (COM(2024) 621) together with the draft positions of the Republic of Poland [mtg no. 46],
- proposal for a Council implementing decision amending Implementing Decision (EU) (ST 9728/22 INIT; ST 9728/22 ADD 1) of 17 June 2022 on the approval of the assessment of the recovery and resilience plan for Poland (COM(2024) 284 together with the Government position [mtg no. 45],
- according to the proposal of the Committee Bureau, didn't raise any comment to the following EU documents:
- pursuant to Art. 8(2) of the Cooperation Act – to 22 draft legal acts: (JOIN(2023) 32, COM(2024) 312, 315, 323, 328, 329, 331, 332, 333, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345, 379, 380 [mtg no. 45],
- pursuant to Art. 151(1) of the Standing Orders of the Sejm and Art. 3(2) of the Cooperation Act – to 16 documents: C(2024) 5001, 5280, JOIN(2024) 15, COM(2024) 311, 313, 317, 322, 326, 327, 346, 348, 349, 357, 358, 359, 369 [mtg no. 45],
- together with the Foreign Affairs Committee held a meeting with:
- Rik Van Droogenbroeckiem, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Poland, who presented information on the results of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union,
- Balázs Dobri, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Hungary in Poland, who presented information on the programme of the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union [mtg no. 47] ,
- heard information on the state of Poland's preparations for the Presidency of the Council of the European Union [mtg no. 48].
