In March 2012 the EU Affairs Committee (SUE) held 8 meetings: no. 31-38. During these meetings the Committee:
- scrutinised 57 EU documents,
- adopted two opinions (opinions no. 8 i 9)
- heard information on legislative work related to the implementation of EU directives for which the transposition deadline expired or will expire within the next three months (as of 17.02.2012), presented by the representatives of appropriate ministries (meeting no. 33),
- heard information on the Polish participation in European research and innovation (the balance of costs and benefits) presented by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education Jacek Guliński (meeting no. 34).
SUBSIDIARITY SCRUTINY
On 23.03.2012, at the 36th meeting, the EU Affairs Committee adopted opinion no. 9 on the non-compliance with the principle of subsidiarity of COM(2012) 48 final and COM(2012) 49 final.

-
232 – Rządowy projekt ustawy o zmianie ustawy o uruchamianiu środków pochodzących z budżetu Unii Europejskiej przeznaczonych na finansowanie wspólnej polityki rolnej.
In March 2012 from among bills uploaded into the UST database earlier, the following statutes have been adopted [papers no.]:
- Ustawa o zmianie ustawy o uruchamianiu środków pochodzących z budżetu Unii Europejskiej przeznaczonych na finansowanie wspólnej polityki rolnej [232];
- Ustawa o zmianie ustawy o cudzoziemcach oraz ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy [206];
- Ustawa o zmianie ustawy - Prawo ochrony środowiska oraz niektórych innych ustaw[175];
- Ustawa o zmianie ustawy o drogach publicznych oraz niektórych innych ustaw [104].
In March 2012 the following statute implementing EU law has been published [paper no.]:
