• the state of negotiations on the legislative package on Common Agriculture Policy after 2013, in the context of the new financial perspective 2014-2020,
• the implementation of the resolution of the Sejm of 25 April 2013 on supporting the Government of the Republic of Poland and calling on the European Parliament to actively pursue the simplification of the common agricultural policy, competitiveness and growth, the introduction of equal and non-discriminating principles of division of funds for direct farming payments between the Member States of the European Union,
• the way of presentation of agriculture and rural development issues in the EU and Government of the RP's programming and legislative documents concerning financial perspective 2014-2020, in the context of improving the quality of life in rural areas (verbatim record /PL).

In December 2012 the EU Affaires Committee (SUE) held 11 meetings: no. 102-112. During these meetings the Committee:

• scrutinised 102 EU documents,
• adopted 5 opinions: no. 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30,
• heard information on the current situation in European Union presented by the Secretary of the State in the Ministry of Foreign Affaires Piotr Serafin (meeting no. 102),
• together with the Public Finance Committee and Foreign Affairs Committee held the first reading of the governmental bill on the ratification of Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance in the Economic and Monetary Union (paper no. 961) (meeting no. 111).

• 14.12.2012, at the 110th meeting, the EU  Affairs Committee adopted opinion no. 30 on the non-compliance with the principle of subsidiarity of COM(2012) 614,
• 19.12.2012, at the 112th meeting the EU Affairs Committee adopted committee draft resolution on declaring COM(2012) 614 to be incompatible with the principle of subsidiarity.
